:I did that because it seems like the SGI category is unecessary.  Nearly everything on this wiki could be categorized as SGI.  I think the SGI category comes from cutting and pasting Wikipedia articles.  I'd like to remove links and categories that are generic topics already covered by Wikipedia (i.e. API, computer graphics, Computer companies of the United States, Central processing unit, Linux, etc.)  Maybe these links should be maintained but directed back to Wikipedia?--[[User:RageX|RageX]] 17:30, 28 December 2006 (PST)

I did that because it seems like the SGI category is unecessary. Nearly everything on this wiki could be categorized as SGI. I think the SGI category comes from cutting and pasting Wikipedia articles. I'd like to remove links and categories that are generic topics already covered by Wikipedia (i.e. API, computer graphics, Computer companies of the United States, Central processing unit, Linux, etc.) Maybe these links should be maintained but directed back to Wikipedia?--RageX 17:30, 28 December 2006 (PST)
